FAQ

Custom Drone Process and FAQ

How Does It Work?

The process begins when the customer places an order, makes the initial payment, and submits design specifications or reference images for their custom drone (e.g., specific features, colors, or styles).
Once our engineers confirm the quality and feasibility of the specifications, they begin building the drone, a process that typically takes 2 weeks. During this time, the team ensures the drone aligns with the customer’s vision.
We will communicate with the customer throughout the building process to gather any additional details. Customers are allowed up to two revisions to ensure the drone meets their expectations.
After the drone is completed and approved, we prepare for shipping, which typically takes 1 week.
The entire delivery cycle, from initial order to delivery, typically spans 3 weeks, depending on revisions and shipping factors.

Do You Just Build Standard Drones?

We can create custom drones for any purpose or style, no matter the complexity or design. So far, we’ve crafted unique drones for aerial photography, racing, recreational flying, and even specialized models for hobbyists and professionals!
Our engineers are highly skilled and can work with any drone concept or customization request.

Can I Change My Order?

You can change your order within 24 hours of placement. If more than 24 hours have passed, we cannot guarantee changes can be made, as production may have already begun.

Can I See the Drone Before It Gets Delivered?

Yes, you can. All customers get to preview the drone design (via digital renders or photos) and request changes before we finalize the build. We’ll email you twice during the production process to ensure your satisfaction.

How to Maintain and Preserve It?

Our drones are designed for performance and durability but require proper care to maintain their condition. They should be stored in a protective case when not in use and kept away from extreme heat or moisture.
Cleaning involves using a soft, dry cloth or a low-pressure air blower to remove dust—avoid water, damp cloths, or adhesive tools.
The production process includes customer order placement, drone crafting with opportunities for revisions, finalization of payment, and packaging in protective materials prior to shipping.

Are My Design Specifications or Photos Good Enough to Use?

The most important aspect of your order, and crucial to the quality of your final drone, is the design specification or reference images you provide. To create an accurate representation of your vision (e.g., for aesthetic customizations like paint or decals), submit high-quality images or detailed descriptions. For complex designs, include references from multiple angles or clear technical requirements. To ensure you get it just right, please follow these tips and guidelines:

  • Clarity: Provide high-resolution images or precise written specifications.
  • Lighting: For aesthetic designs, submit photos taken in daylight or a brightly lit environment to capture true colors.
  • Camera Quality: Use a smartphone or high-quality camera for reference images.
  • Visibility: Ensure all key design elements (e.g., color schemes, logos部分: Filtering: Avoid heavily filtered photos to accurately represent your desired colors or finishes.
  • Details: Specify functional requirements (e.g., camera mounts, battery life) clearly in your submission.

Please note: Accessories like extra propellers, decals, or non-essential add-ons will not be included unless specified in the final design.
