At 777 Drone, we are dedicated to crafting high-quality, custom-built drones and are committed to your satisfaction. Please review our policy below:

No Returns Accepted

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on our drones. Each drone is custom-built and tailored specifically for you, making it impossible to restock these items.

Minor Adjustments

If your drone requires minor adjustments, you may ship it back to us at your own expense. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss the adjustments needed. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Condition for Adjustments

To qualify for adjustments, drones must be in their original condition, with no damage or modifications. Please ensure the drone is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the drone back for adjustments.

Processing Adjustments

Upon receiving the drone, we will assess the requested adjustments. We aim to complete adjustments within 4 weeks, and we will notify you once your drone has been shipped back to you.
